Spa Policies


Spa Etiquette:

La Vie Zen Day Spa asks for your help respecting the serene and relaxing environment for all our guests. We ask that you do not use cell phones in the spa.


Customer Care & Comfort:

Please feel free to let us know if at any time you would prefer to switch to another team member for any of our services. Your comfort and accommodation is our primary and collective goal.


Age Requirement:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or 16 and up if accompanied by an adult). 


Appointments:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all skin care and massage treatments. This will allow us to obtain the information necessary to provide you with customized service.


Late Arrivals:

If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment, or reschedule you for another day with a 50% charge for the missed appointment.


Cancellation & Lateness:

All appointments must be confirmed with a major credit card or a gift card number. We understand that sometimes there is no choice but to change or cancel an appointment. Our spa requests 24 hour notice for all appointment changes. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 50% charge for no shows.


If a customer should not show or cancel his or her appointment in excess of 3 or more times, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of that service which was scheduled.


Same Day Appointment Schedule Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment on the "day of", please have your credit ready when calling...(NO EXCEPTIONS.) There will be NO refund for anyone who does not show up! 


Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice.


Returns:

Any unused product may be returned within 30 days from purchased date.


Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in any gift package or spa service. 

It is customary to give a minimum 18% gratuity to each of your therapists.

Cash gratuities only please.


Gift Certificates:

Our gift certificates are elegantly presented and make the perfect gift for all occasions. They may be purchased for any of our Spa services, or for a specific dollar amount. Our Guest Service Representatives will be happy to help you select the perfect gift for family, friends, clients, co-workers, or just for that special person.



ZEN CLUB POLICIES


We try to keep our terms very simple, we have just a few rules which keeps our Zen Club program the most affordable and best in the industry.


Our Zen Club includes several benefits. As part of your membership, your monthly treatment needs to be redeemed in the month (within 30 days after you are charged your membership dues) you are paying dues. Zen Club treatments that are not used in the month will rollover and can be used for 12 months after charged date. You may use one rollover per month. 


Advanced appointments made must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the appointment is considered a used treatment. Zen Club Membership and benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Your credit card is on file and each month your credit card will be charged the amount recorded on the same date each month, “monthly dues date”. Your credit card and email address is required for participation in our Zen Club program.


This agreement may be terminated at any time by a member provided that at least thirty days notice is given in advance of your monthly dues date. As of the effective date of a cancellation, any unused rollovers expire. 


La Vie Zen Day Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Zen Club program upon advance prior written notice. 


Zen Club Membership cancellations must be a 30-day advance written notification. Any discounted Zen Club Gift Cards may not be used by a member any time during or after the cancellation of The Zen Club Membership.



GROUPON POLICIES


ALL Groupon Promotions expires 120 days after purchase (No exceptions). Amount paid NEVER expires and can be used towards any other service/treatment from our webpage ONLY - Amount paid can NEVER be used towards another Groupon promotion again!


You MUST call us to book an appointment upon purchasing your Groupon. Visit our "Spa Policies" page for all of our "cancellation" policies! 


If you are holding an expired Groupon, remember that the Value/Amount paid does NOT expire, just give us a call to schedule something at that value from our menu!

Groupon vouchers are NOT redeemable for CASH!
